Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
